Includes correspondence, papers and minutes of the NCT Editorial Board, concerning the commissioning and publication of NCT leaflets. Folder originally subdivided into the following categories: "procedures"; "market research"; "production schedules"; "general correspondence"; "orders"; "composition (of the Editorial Board)"; "agreements"; "brainstorm"; "minutes". File subdividers have been removed for preservation reasons and replaced with acid-free paper to maintain division of papers.

Biographical note
The Editorial Board was established in April 1995, following agreement at the meeting of the Council of Trustees in Nov 1994. The Leaflets Committee had its last meeting in March 1995. The Board was responsible for the publishing process, including commissioning, editing, design, layout and printing of NCT leaflets.
