Meeting minutes files

Series of files compiled for the supporting documents to the quarterly meetings.

The first 2 files are less coherent than the rest of the series and contain correspondence and related notes for several meetings together. It appears that separate files for each meeting were only compiled from the 29th meeting.

The files appear to have been compiled for Mr Bennett and later primarily Mr Dunnett. Having been found with related material belonging to Mr Dunnett, it can be supposed that he was the last person to have custody of them. This is further supported by the fact that Mr Dunnett was Secretary of the B.I.M at time of the latest files.

File relating to the 34th meeting is missing.
