Description

Correspondence regarding preparations fora trip to India by Haldane and Helen Spurway at the invitation of the Government of India and the Indian Science Congress. Haldane gave a lecture tour and series of discussions at various institutions in India during December 1951 - January 1952.

Primary correspondents are: V K Krishna Menon, High Commissioner for India; B Mukerji of the Indian Science Congress Association; P C Mahalanobis of the Indian Statistical Institute and R A L Gonet of the Indian High Commission.
