A photographic reproduction of an oil painting of Sir R A Cooper is fixed inside the front cover of the booklet.

Also inside the front of the booklet is a covering letter from Lady Alice E Cooper, Sir R A Cooper's widow, presenting the booklet to Mr & Mrs Pell. [It is likely that this was the same Mr Pell who was Company Secretary for Cooper McDougall & Robertson in 1946]
