Record cards recording purchases of items beginning with "A" or "B" - e.g. ampoules, anodes copper, brushes, boxes, bands elastic, boards, bookcloth.
Cards record date, supplier, purchase number, quantity, price, and discount and terms. Note: the alphabetical system requires some negotiating - e.g. "boards" encompasses "paper" (packaging).
