Description

These notebooks mainly cover the research carried out by Vogt in London and Cambridge, from her arrival in England in 1935 up to c.1940. This was funded by the Rockefeller Travelling Fellowship, the Royal Society and the Alfred Yarrow Research Fellowship. It includes a notebook of her experiments with William Feldberg which led to the important paper 'Release of Acetylcholine at Voluntary Motor Nerve Endings' (Dale, Feldberg and Vogt) published in the Journal of Physiology in 1936 (B/2/3).
