Manuscript letter. Asked Galton for constructive criticism on his anthropometrical work, which consisted of 2,000 measurements dated by archaeological evidence from Egypt. He had been working with Professor Arthur Thomson.

Biographical note

MacIver, David Randall- (1873–1945), archaeologist and anthropologist. His excavations at Great Zimbabwe provided the first solid evidence that the site was built by Shona peoples.
