Reproduction of a map showing the geographical distribution of official Cinchonas in South America, after Rössig. The original map was lent by Professor A. Tschirch (of the Pharmaceutical Institute of the University of Berne) for <i>Malaria section of the international celebration and exhibition : three hundredth anniversary of the first recognized use of cinchona by Europeans, 1630-1930</i>, an exhibition hosted by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1930. The map is listed as exhibit no. 459 in the souvenir catalogue. The item is not held by Wellcome Collection.
