Biographical note
The ICM, in cooperation with the FIGO/ICM Joint Study Group, convened Working Parties (also known as Regional Seminars) organised under the ICM/USAID grant (from 1972, No. CSD 34911) to assist countries to formulate Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programmes in accordance with the aim of the JSG "to continue the improvement of maternal and child life through the inclusion of family planning services provided by midwives of all categories in their expanding role".
The reports were printed and distributed by the ICM/FIGO JSG.
